Brisa agreed the disposal of 30% of the share capital and voting rights of BCR
Brisa – Auto-Estradas de Portugal, which, indirectly, holds the entirety of the share capital and voting rights of BCR hereby informs that, within the scope of the sale and purchase agreements over shares entered into today, it agreed the disposal, to various Portuguese/Brazilian investors, of 4 blocks of shares representing, in total, 30% of the share capital and voting rights of Brisa – Concessão Rodoviária. Following this transaction, Brisa will continue to hold the control over BCR SGPS, retaining a 70% holding in the respective share capital and voting rights.
